Chinwe Veronica Anunobi
Prof Chinwe Veronica Anunobi is the National Librarian, National Library of Nigeria; former University Librarian, Federal University of Technology Owerri; Digital Librarian Nnamdi Azikiwe Universty Awka; former standing committee member IFLA CPDWL; former Council Member African Libraries, Institutions and Associations; advocate of open educational resources/repository; ambassador of indigenous languages in Nigeria; has attended over 100 international and national conferences; passionate about technology deployment in library and information services; faculty member and supervised over 30 postgraduate students; published many journal articles, books and chapters; a researcher interested in repository, information users needs and innovative approach to library operations and services as well as technology impact on the future of library and information development. She loves networking, mentoring, singing and working with ICT facilities.

Kiflom Michael Kahsay
Kiflom Michael is the Director of the Eritrean National Digital Library, the President of the Library and Information Association of Eritrea, as well as the chairman of IFAP representing his own country. He graduated from Pretoria University in South Africa with a major in Information Technology. Mr. Michael has contributed research papers to several conferences, such as OR2023, Italy’s Pavia University and IFAP conferences organized by UNESCO. Additionally, he has authored two books in his local language.

Luciana Monteiro Krebs
Luciana Monteiro-Krebs is a researcher and professor of Information Sciences at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, Brazil) and is part of the support team at Arca dados, the official repository of scientific data at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz). She has already worked as a data curator on an international project at Fiocruz, in partnership with the University of Oxford and HDR UK. She was also a researcher at the Meaningful Interactions Lab (Mintlab, Belgium) in the area of Human-Computer Interaction, and a data scientist at the Cappra Institute (Brazil). She has a PhD in Social Sciences (KU Leuven, Belgium) and a PhD in Information and Communication Science (UFRGS, Brazil). Luciana is a specialist in knowledge organization, and is the author of the book “Terms beneath the surface: Theoretical, methodological and terminological elements for the representation of knowledge” (Publisher Interciência, 2021).

Emily Ng’eno
Dr. Emily Jeruto Ng’eno is a PhD holder in Information Studies, from the School of Social Sciences, College of Humanities, University of Kwazulu-Natal, South African having done research on “Research Data Management in Kenya’s Agricultural Research Institutes “. Currently, she is a lecturer at the department of Library Records Management and Information Studies, School of Information Sciences, Moi University, Kenya. Dr. Ng’eno is adept in research and teaching in academic fields such as: Open Access and Institutional Repositories, Informetrics, Data Curation, Research Data Services, Records Management, Digital Libraries, Data Management, among others. In addition, she has supervised to successful completion over 15 masters’ theses and on-going supervision of several PhDs and masters’ students. Similarly, examined over 10 theses and dissertations. Dr. Ng’eno has published several journals among them: Research Data Management (RDM) in Agricultural Research Institutions: A Literature Review; Integrating Knowledge sharing practices in public universities: a case for Kenya; Medical Records Management to support evidence-based medical practice at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital, Kenya; among other. Also, published book chapter titled: ‘Research Data Management in Kenya’s Agricultural Research Institutes’ in a book titled: ‘Handbook of Research on Academic Libraries as Partners in Data Science Ecosystems’-by IGI Global. She is a member of Kenya Library Association (KLA) and participates in its conference, workshops and seminars. Dr. Ng’eno is involved in Moi University research and extension team including setting up a strong foundation for participative and collaborative learning experience on data curation and management with librarians and other information professionals. She has attended several conferences, workshops and seminars in fields of interest within and outside Kenya.

Pallab Pradhan
Mr Pallab Pradhan is working as a Scientist (Library Science) at the Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre, an autonomous Inter-University Centre of the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, INDIA. Before that, he worked with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore, Tata Consultancy Services, INFLIBNET Centre, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru and NIT Rourkela respectively for varying periods. He earned his MLIS from Sambalpur University, Odisha, and currently pursuing his PhD. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in the LIS field. His areas of interest are Open Science, Research Data Management, Research Evaluation Metrics: Bibliometrics and altmetrics, Scholarly Communication, and Reference Management tools etc. Currently, at the INFLIBNET Centre, he is heading the Publication Division and engaged with national-level projects like IRINS: Indian Research Information Network System & VIDWAN Expert Profile Database, India Ranking – National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Bibliometrics & Research Assessment Group, ICSSR Data Service: Indian Social Science Data Repository, and Patent Database, etc. He has twenty publications to his credit. He is one of the Team Members of the 02 International Grants: ORCID GLOBAL PARTICIPATION — GRANT and DataCite Global Access Fund, awarded to the INFLIBNET Centre in 2023.
