Tuesday 4 June – Welcome reception
The welcome reception will take place on June 4th at the conference venue Clarion Hotel Post. It will be held in conjunction with the poster session, and a welcome drink, canapés and entertainment will be offered.
Price: The reception is included in the registration fee, however pre-registration at the time of conference registration is mandatory.
Time: 17:15-18:45 during poster session
No dress code.

Wednesday 5 June – Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place on June 5th at restaurant Kajskjul 8, by the riverside in Gothenburg. The dinner includes welcome drink, three course dinner, two units of drinks and entertainment. Pre-registration at the time of conference registration is mandatory.
Price: 790 SEK excl VAT.
Time: 19:00
Dress code: smart casual.
