If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU and you want to visit Sweden, you may need to apply for a visa. A visa is a permit to enter a country and stay there for less than 90 days.
All delegates are recommended to ensure they have the correct visas and passport to travel to OR2024 Conference.

Invitation letter
Once your registration is complete, and the payment received, you will be able to request an invitation letter from the local host committee: OR2024-local-hosts@chalmers.se.
